By changing broadband provider you'll benefit from new customer deals elsewhere but be aware in 18/24 months you'll find yourself in the same position.

Hi. I'm currently paying £107.50 for Sky. This includes basic broadband. Only add ons are ultra HD, Netflix and multiscreen ...so we can watch on our phones or laptop if not at home.

No cinema, kids or sport package.

Any idea how to reduce it? The only thing I can think of is to change broadband provider but that doesn't save very much. Help!

Other than removing components of your current package, all you can do is try to negotiate a 24 months deal with Sky.

Contacted Sky but only offered a temp discount of £5 per month should I upgrade my broadband. I'm now retired and, although my TV is on most of the day, I'm struggling to pay £107. Been with Sky myself for 25 yrs plus and an additional 20 yrs before that. Stupidly hoped loyalty would help. Can you watch Sky on any other service? I know movies are on Nowtv but what about Alibi or Max?
