      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I was on phone as new customer just a few days ago I told them I was on universal Credit and they she said it was 20 pounds not 40 and I've just verified my bill and it's saying 40 a month thats not what a signed up for&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The social tariff now lasts for &lt;STRONG&gt;24 &lt;/STRONG&gt;months and then reverts to the full cost but if you’re still eligible you will then need to re-apply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
