      <title>Not received Sky return package</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I requested a sky return package on 02 August stating I would move out of the UK by 15th September, but till now the package has not been received. I called back around 01 Sep to check the status, but still no action. I want to understand whether I will be charged for Sky not sending the return package on time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes , I had given a request for closure on 01st September. On that same call they confirmed soon you will receive a package but still nothing happened&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
