There are telephone numbers listed on my bill that I haven’t called how can this be explained?

There are a number of calls on a specific day listed on my bill that I did not call I'm not sure how to find out how that can be?

What types of numbers are they, landlines, mobiles or other specialist numbers ?

From your Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline? Are the calls listed on the device?

Sky mobile and numbers are not listed in my phone book

If the numbers that appear on your bill are not showing on your device's outgoing call list you'll need to query it with Sky. Just dial 150 from your mobile.

Does your phone itself show that you have called these numbers, if not you would need to call Sky about this on 150.
