    <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband Boost was added to my a/c on 28th June without my knowledge.&amp;nbsp; Complained at end July and the charges were refunded on Aug bill.&amp;nbsp; Now I find Early Cancellations of £89.25 have been added to my Sept 24th bill.&amp;nbsp; Have phoned 3 times but no-one seems to have the authority to remove these charges.&amp;nbsp; What do I do now?&amp;nbsp; I am pensioner on Social Tariff.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
