      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know how to cancel the free trial, i didn't realise i would be sent a streaming kit in the post i thought it was the app streaming service for a month&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want the streaming box or if i get sent it does it need returning and how&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
