Hiya, having some trouble with my mobile account log in, not sure what email it is under and cannot find my sky account number anywhere how can I go about getting access to my account . Thank you

When you placed the order were you sent any emails about it as they would contain your account number which should allow you to create a Sky ID to access your mobile account.

Hiya, just found the original emails sky sent me about my order and cannot seem to find this number anywhere in the email 😞

See if you can setup an Sky ID if you are yet to do this, then when you have see if you can link your mobile account to it:
