Hi,

I want to know when the start and endo date of my subsription is and wish to know how to cancel the subscription. Can you advise on the cooling off period?

As we're customers here, we can't tell you your start and end dates, I'm afraid. If you've placed an order and are within your cooling off period, give Sky a call to cancel. I believe Sky give you a generous 31 days cooling off period.
