      <title>no account info-- deceased person</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My brother-in-law is recently deceased&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;he kept no paperwork for his sky account- or any passwords&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get into the account to make alterations in payment details-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and to change it to my sisters name-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;she is very distressed-elderly and unable to cope with these problems and issues online ETC-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where do I start apart from just stopping the standing order?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;which would possibly get the attention of Sky??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to speak to a human being at Sky&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot ask for a code to be sent to a deceased person's phone to reset the entry to the account!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot even find out if SKy supply the landline- as well as broadband and TV- AND this is a problem too- landline does not work-&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That isn't the thing you need to do as it will lead to more issues going forward.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will need to report this to Sky using the options at the bottom of this page:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Typically the ISP would also be providing the data circuit, but that's not always the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
