If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Entertainment&amp;nbsp; + Netflix is about to expire, 01 Sept 2024, I have tried calling cusotmer services, but I can not get them to understand that I want to renew the contract. I have looked on my sky app, all there is on offer is sky sports, which I don't want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not sign up for the new sky entertainment package as that is for New Customers. How do I get the new sky entertainment package, as that is what I want, no sports and no kids channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP. please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
