I was hoping someone could help me regarding the 4 month free Ultra HD offer please? It allows me to take out the offer but it's interfering with my Netflix package.

This is what the info button says......

We now sell our viewing packs (HD & UHD) separately to our Netflix packaging, giving you the flexibility to decide what you watch and how you watch it. Our Netflix packaging Ultimate TV Add On and Ultimate on Demand will be replaced with the Ultimate TV Pack. You'll continue to enjoy Netflix as you do today.

It then states that my Netflix bill will be reduced from £8 p/m to £7.50 p/m. I'm confused with this as my new contract started and Netflix is £9 for me.

Leaving me pretty confused to be honest!
i don't want to spend my Saturday trying to speak to someone at Sky about this so was wondering if anyone could please help me?? Thanks!

What do you future bills show that you will be paying, if they also say £9 then you will have to call to take it up with Sky....
