      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've returned my Sky Q equipment, and have the royal mail receipt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need my refund as this is the first time in over 30 years I've gone into overdraft and have bills needing to go out. It shouldn't have gotten to this stage&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
