Keep getting texts from bpopay.

Hello I keep receiving texts from a number asking me to contact bpo pay regarding my sky account. I don't owe any money, so thinking this is a scam text. What's your views?

Possibly a scam if your billing is up to date so you have no outstanding amount and that your services are not suspended.

It might be an attempt to scam you, but I'd suggest contacting BPO anyway, on a number you've found yourself, just to be sure.

I to am getting texts, email, letters from bpo saying I owe money, sky say I don't, sky app says my account is clear.
no idea what to do now

If none of your Sky services are restricted (it's normally only a missed payment that triggers this) for your own peace of mind call Sky. If you owe money the call should just prompt you to pay.
