      <title>My sky stream bill this month has yup yet again</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know how or why but each one of the sky bills are never the same each month, , constantly changing me more. Each part of the bills are going up, I'm supposed to be paying approx 35 pounds, you take a look at my pay my bills listing and every month there is a different amount, I'm also very unhappy about my phone bill from when I was in Tunisa as soon as I landed I had a txt saying I had reached the maximum amount on my phone bar, they said it was 42.00 and my phone was blocked, I then get my phone bill the next month and it's 132.quid??? How can I reach the maximum amount set up, have my phone restricted and then get a bill of 132.00 , that same bill I had to make a card payment for my streaming as I did that I was told to set up my payment method. I did that on the app out of the blue my tbh is restricted, I phone up there saying I owe 10.20 and I don't have a payment method setup! So now I get 10 pounds late fee. This is not an exceptable way to collect money from me. There's a cost of living crisis going on and I'm getting ripped off by SKY!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As customers here, we can't see your bills, of course, but they're unlikely to be wrong and I doubt you're being 'ripped off' by Sky.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Tunisa is rst of the world charges so will work out as being really expensive to use your phone there:&lt;/P&gt;
