    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent a letter to you to cancel my subscription because phoning is a waste of time and money. You contacted me straight away, which was great, but I want to congratulate you on somehow leaving a voicemail without ringing my mobile phone. My phone has a full signal,&amp;nbsp; it was next to me, but no phone call was recorded as missed. The person leaving the message sounded if she was in a different room to her phone, but I could just about make out the message, which was, "We got your letter wanting to cancel your sky subscription , sorry you missed the call, ( Yea, right), but we do need to speak to you to cancel...could you ring me back!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, well done Sky Ireland on making it impossiable to cancel your service, drinks all round&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrew O'Brien.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You're telling other customers here - this isn't a way to communicate with Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe you will need to call to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
