&lt;P&gt;To see if they can help&amp;nbsp;I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <description>I returned my equipment at least 6 weeks ago, unfortunately I can't find the postage receipt from The Royal Mail. Of course Sky are chasing me for the return, which I can't prove, clearly no point in me lying to keep it as I can't use it. Presumably I am stuck with paying Sky? Any ideas...apart from not losing the postage receipt</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately without the proof of posting&amp;nbsp;any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you'd like we can escalate your issue to Sky and see if they can help. Let us know on this thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I feared as much, yes please. I did ask at Chipping Campden Post Office but it appears they can't produce another receipt. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
