How do I actually talk to someone at Sky?

I need to change my subscription. I cannot find a phone number for anyone at Sky anywhere! I looked on the internet and ended up speaking to someone who I thought was a Sky advisor only to find out half an hour later he was from a third part company! I have tried other phone numbers and they ask me for my password and mothers maidenname which I am not willing to say for obvious reasons. Clearly they are not from Sky either! How the hell do i actually speak to someopne. i am tearing my hair out

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

You will still need to go through the security checks. You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

They will ask security questions including your telephone password if set up.

Tip: be very careful of calling numbers from Internet searches - they can be a 'premium' connection service that charges you a very large amount indeed
