My Sky app not working - postcode

Hi,

the MySky app won't let me get past the find your account postcode checker page. It just greys out and stops working. It's never worked for me - called Sky a fair few times and no one can help. Everything is on latest version.

it means I can't see my account

Have you made sure that there is no space or character either at the start or at the end of your postcode ?

Hi - no one on the phone at Sky can seem to sort this problem. Any ideas?

Did the apps team reply to your email and if so what did they say ?

They phoned and said it was an unresolvable problem.

Had same problem, put postcode in capitals with no gaps and it worked
