Page is restricted

Hi, I had to transfer my fathers account as he passed away. Sky said they'd transfer the account to my email but when I set up the account I can't access anything - says the page is restricted.

Anyone had to do similiar and what do I need to do to fix the issue.

Are you using your login to try to access the account ?

They told me to set up a new account with the email I provided them and they said they'd transfer the details over or link the account.

When did you speak to them about this and did they give any timescale for this to be completed ?

I assumed it was done straight away as I got emails to the email address I gave them. I'll give them a ring today.
