Sky Contract Ends 1 October 2024

As above my current Sky Contract ends on the 1 Oct 2924 when my bill increases by £23 and I want to totally cancel Sky subscription. I read I have to give 31 days notice to cancel my Sky subscription but when and how do I do this?

Is it 31 days before the 1 October or have I to wait until the 1 October to give my notice?

You can give notice 31 days before your 'contract' ends. Simplest way to do it, is to call.

@Jim1878 It is a minimum of 31 days, I gave mine in advance of the minimum 31 days as I was going to be out of the country 31 days before my contract expired. There was no issues and my account now shows the cancellation and future payments at £0 post contract expiry date.
