Email about addition boxes

An email was reced stating about an order for the stream box with 2 options at the bottom, stating it would cost £15. The person clicked on an option and now the email has completely disappeared. Has anyone else had this?

Emails don't disappear because a link has been clicked in them so have you looked in your trash/junk/bin folder folder for it ?

Why was the link needed to have been clicked through ?

One option was to confirm order and the other option was to decline the order

No order was placed, just this random email out of no where, the decline was selected

Sounds like it could have potentially been a scam/malicious email.

Did it ask you to provide any login details when clicking that link as this doesn't sound like it was an email that Sky would send out.
