      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have just checked my bill for September and it seems to be a full amount. I requested a engineer visit on 31/07/24 due to having no connection on my broadband or sky q. This visit can't be arranged until the 22/08/24 so I would like my bill amended as I have had no TV for 22 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Billing continues as normal whilst you're without service. Any refund or auto compensation happens after the fault is fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
