    <description>&lt;P&gt;My subscription was cancelled in MAY as Sky is unable to provide an adequate service to the property I have now (June) moved to.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In JUNE (weeks later) payment was again taken from my account. &amp;nbsp;I telephoned and was told &lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" color="#999999"&gt;(Removed)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp; that it was to do with the computer system and that I would be refunded. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Having still not received repayment in AUGUST, I called again last week and was told that the money would be refunded within 5 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This evening I have received an email from a "do not reply" email address saying that a &lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" color="#999999"&gt;(Removed)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; CHEQUE is being sent WITHIN 5 - 10 DAYS for the refund!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;W H Y &amp;nbsp; ISN'T THE ACCOUNT SKY HAVE BEEN TAKING THE MONEY FROM BEING CREDITED?!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;W H E R E &amp;nbsp; ARE THEY SENDING THE FKN CHEQUE BEARING IN MIND THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED &amp;nbsp; B E C A U S E &amp;nbsp; I &amp;nbsp; H A V E &amp;nbsp; M O V E D &amp;nbsp; H O U S E !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am absolutely fuming.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please can someone explain this to me and also what the official complaints procedure is, including who the regulatory body are.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have been waiting for over TWO MONTHS for a refund of money that should never have been taken from my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you left you payment method on the account, so if it was a direct debit is this still in place ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
