      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying and failing to change my payment method from Card to Direct Debit for my Sky Stream product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried online and in the app but all attempts end in ..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Sorry, something has gone wrong&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have been through 2 billing cycles which, from reading other discussions here, I believe is one of the necessary criteria.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Can anyone offer any advice?
