    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4144605"&gt;@TaraLou87&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account but to see if they can arrange a refund in 3-5 working days your post&amp;nbsp;has been escalated&amp;nbsp;to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later today.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I left sky on 11th June and was disconnected on 25th June. I posted back the equipment in the pre-paid packaging I was sent however I have not received a refund, my account shows a credit of £52.13 &amp;nbsp;and states the credit will go towards my next bill. I assumed this would be refunded on the date of my usual direct debit but that has not been the case. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
