Hi recently got sky glass and returned all I thought Sky needed back on the cardboard box..was I supposed to return the black sky Q box also?Still goes red for off and green for on...

Sky will have sent you a list of what you need to return. It will include your Sky Q TV box.

Thanks Mark..think there're going to charge me £72 for not doing that..thought that had to stay to use the sky glass TV set!!

No, as you've probably discovered by now, the Glass is self-contained.

You can use your own packaging to send back the Q box (they'll definitely charge you if you don't) as explained in the link below. Be sure to get proof of postage!

When you do return the Sky Q box make sure you get proof of posting as that will show it has been returned so if you are charged this can then be refunded back to you and help on getting this sorted can be arranged via here for you,
