No one from Sky will phone you on the back of a forum post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also Sky only do payment plans on closed accounts, they won't do anything on active or restricted accounts. Payment holidays are available but only on equipment that is being paid off under a credit agreement e.g Sky Glass TV, or mobile phones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
