    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a 2 month Netflix trial (I don't know whether this was for all Sky subscribers or because we're Platinum VIP). Anyway, it says we need to give a month's notice if we don't want to be billed for the third month. We activated the trial via logging into our Sky account on the Sky website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way we can remove the trial/Netflix without having to call? We have looked at the various menus on the Sky website and I can't find anything on there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would assume&amp;nbsp;that you would have to call to cancel this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
