      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello thanks for the reply,it was paid today.Buy this has happened so many times and I have spoken to sky who have said they are not sure why its happened.Ive raised complaints etc then someone comes back to me ,we try different things.Nothing works ,it's also awkward as we have a bad mobile signal here and I desperately need my phone on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say it was paid today did you make a manual payment and if so does Sky not take it automatically from you each month via whatever payment method you have or should have set up on your account ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
