      <description>Direct debit payment was not being taken from the correct account resulting in late payment. However after paying the bill the broadband and WiFi still seem to be failing. After running broadband and WiFi checks on the app they said service was good but still unable to connect to devices and use Internet and apps on phone and PlayStation.</description>
