Cannot get label to return equipment post office site not accepting information

If you can't print the label yourself for whatever reason then give Sky a call as they might be able to email it to you then allowing you to print it.

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

The Royal Mail Sky returns website will not allow me to create a returns label once I've put all my information in.

Can anyone help?
