&lt;P&gt;You will have to call Sky about this to both get the address updated and to arrange the home move.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Home move/Primary Account holder issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I organised a home move over the phone at the end of last year, however my details are still showing an old address and when I try to organise a home move now, I get told that I'm not the primary account holder. I'm the only person with access to this account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
