    <description>&lt;P&gt;It might be that they took the payment automatically from the card you use as the terms and conditions do state that you have to have a regular payment set up so Sky can take it from you each month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should have something like a debit or credit card or a direct debit setup on your account so if you have then the payment would have been taken via this I would have thought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have a direct debit set up I always put in my card details every time I go to pay. So just confused how it says on my account that the balance is £0 and a payment has been recieved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
