Where is my Tesco Voucher?

I've had a whole load of problems since signing up to Sky, including them cancelling my initial order for no reason. Because of this it took a month to get connected, and to compensate me for the hassle I was told over the phone that I would be sent a £50 Tesco voucher. I have since chased this up and been told again that it would be emailed to me, but I am yet to receive it. I am so not impressed by my initial communcaitions with Sky! Has anyone else had this problem, and any advice on how to resolve it? Thanks

As you can contacted them twice and still have not got it then I would put in a complaint as there is an online form
