Debit on my next bill

Since paying off an iPad and getting a Macbook a few months back i have had either credit or debit showing in my next bill. Credit wasn't so much of an issue but I don't want debit to be shown in my bill. I have contacted Sky over the phone and they said there's no issue i have checked every month since the bill change and have no missed payments so I am confused as to why it has changed to debit after displaying credit with no missed payments
