need to talk with an advisor

Hi I spoke to an advisor last week who told me to call back and speake to some one about my account I have done that today but keep getting the automated system now on the number I could get through on last week how do i talk with a hhuman again please ?

@spiderbuss if your account is overdue you'll be diverted automatically to a request for payment. You won't be able to speak to an adviser until you do so, I'm afraid.
