I'm trying to update my home address on my Sky Mobile account, the automated chat bot sent me here

Is there a number or email address I can use to get this sorted please

When the bot asks you to go online you need to say no and say no if it says about being sent a text message then stay on the line as only Sky support can change your address.

@LKas You need a call sky directly to change your address
