have a couple missed payment and its lowering my credit score, can sky remove this?

No, you missed payments therefore they are correctly reporting your payments to the CRA, to remove them even after missed payments would not reflect your true history and TBH Sky should refuse to do that.

im on top of my payments now how long will that take to reflect on my credit score? thanks.

@headless1 Missed payments remain on file for 6 years, up to date payments can take a few weeks to start to show.
