      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have cancelled my Sky broadband as I moved to different address. I got £30 refund in my billing statement at start of June 2024 informing me that I will get the money in bank account within 6 weeks. Now, 6 weeks are gone. My bank account and the direct debit is still active. Can anyone help me what cn I do next. I am outside UK now. So, do not have option to call customer care and complain.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

I was busy for last couple of days and the chat window is now closed. I wonder what additional details they need to action on my request.
