Refer a friend

I am a sky stream customer and I would like to provide a referral code to a family member that would also like to join the sky stream service as they want to leave virgin.
I had selected the link in refer a friend and it says it can't log me in and gives an error message. Can you tell me how I get the referral code please.

Hi @Kerry1973

I have just tried and the link has generated for me. Try going to sky.com and then logging in. Then try visiting: https://www.sky.com/refer-a-friend and see if the code is generated. Make sure you are using your primary Sky id, not a secondary one.

If that doesn't work, try using a different web browser. Other than that it would be a case of contacting Sky to see if they can assist. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

I've just tried both of your suggestions and still get the same error message. It says login error. Oops something went wrong we weren't able to log you in. Yet in the top right hand corner it shows that my profile is logged in.

How long have you been a Sky Stream customer, has it been more than a few days ?
