International Saver Plan

Hello, I'm recently back from a holiday to Turkey and prior to flying I had to contact the hotel (which proved difficult) to arrange things like transfers etc. I didn't realise that the cost of these calls would be £2.50 per minute, even if the call lasted a couple of seconds. Therefore I have returned home to a massive bill of international calls equal to £125!

I wasn't aware of the international saver plan that I could bolt on, is there any chance I could add this to my account and back date it to reduce the cost of my bill please?

It will only be effective from the date you sign up, I'm afraid.

As @Mark39 has said it can't be back dated as those calls you made are charged at international rates as they are not covered via the £2 daily charge.
