      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only the Standard With Ads tier is included with Sky, so if you are on a different tier you will be paying an "upgrade" fee. Also have you linked your Sky and Netflix accounts? &lt;P&gt;Netflix through Sky is &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; free and never has been.&amp;nbsp; The cost of whatever Netflix had as their entry level tier at the time is bundled in some (more expensive) Sky subscriptions and added on to others, albeit at a somewhat lower rate than Netflix charges directly, unless the Sky user specifically has a legacy product such as 'Signature' which doesn't include Netflix at all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;References to 'free Netflix' found online are largely the result of careless journalism:&amp;nbsp; much better phrasing would be 'Netflix included'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest being cautious: Netflix is typically&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; free, because they really need the money ; )&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sky has had a myriad of 'free' periods, 'free: trials and extended discounts which complicates things, and it's also not exactly unknown for salespeople to occasionally stretch the truth.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The Ultimate TV add-on upgrades Signature to include Netflix, but that's definitely not free unless it's specifically offered as an incentive (and time-limited) deal: that you're seeing this as a billed item suggests this wasn't the case for you.&lt;/P&gt;

If I wanted UHD, that would cost more, but it wasn't necessary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only last month (December), I noticed that I've been paying for, Sky Ultimate with Netflix with ad and a separate charge for Netflix Standard without ads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This, most definitely was not the deal!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems to have been a change to the contract in regards to Netflix with Sky, but on no occasion was I contacted to discuss it. I am yet to check all my statements, so I'm not aware of when I started paying twice for Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't use it a lot, and if I had had access to the facts, I could have settled for the service with ads, or even no Netflix at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure it's even legal to change a contract midway, without agreement, but maybe the wool was pulled over my eyes during a previous upgrade, and it's not a midway contract change?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have contacted Netflix by phone and they assured me my Netflix accoint is linked to my sky Q, but I'm not convinced. Netflix told me to contact Sky. I can't find a suitable phone number to get this sorted and finding in most frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
