    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem with my recent broadband subscription!&lt;BR /&gt;I can't track the router and I need a reschedule!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not the best welcoming you get for switching!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not in the country! and I can't get to human via life chat!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;What am I supposed to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some info about my order,&lt;BR /&gt;Down bottom in FAQ "My hub hasn't arrived" and some information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue is I got a message from EVRI (Turned out to be a scam), so I was wanting to track the router delivery as I am away for a couple of days and I could not find any tracking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
