ok so my contract was from feb 2023 £46 for sky tv,broadband &sky talk(landline) it started off at £46 and now it has risen to £64.50 while still in contract i have been a customer over 25 years and this is the best deal they gave me today by phone without discount i was tod it would be £98 !!!, i wish they would honour there contract prices until your contract ends, i am thinking of jacking it all in as there are so many repeats on sky anyway,pack in the landline and just use mobile phones.

Bills generally increase due to

the annual price increase (normally April)
discounts ending or a combination of both.

So since February 2023 you've had two annual price increases which you've agreed to by accepting the T's and C's and now you're seeing the discounts ending.

Sounds like you've reached the end of your contract - Feb 23 to July 24 is about 18 months. You can call to renegotiate your contract & if you don't receive a offer you like you then have the option to call back another day, give your 30 days notice to go elsewhere or pay the higher price. Sometimes cancelling will get you a callback offering a better deal but not guaranteed.

As it's now July, if you are looking at an upcoming August bill then as @twilight+princess indicates, February '23 to August '24 is eighteen months, so a figure there is not an in-contract rise: it's the end of minimum term reversion to normal list pricing. Increases between those dates will be the annual rises specified by the contract and applied in April each year (UK)
