Changing email address

My email has been hacked and I can't gain access to my original account which has billing, details etc. As I can't gain access I can't even change my email address for sky. Looking for some help as the virtual assistant is useless. Do sky have an email?

Do you use this email address as an ID so as the username part of the login, if so then you should still be able to use it as a login so what is happening when you do try to get access to your account ?

If you do not use it as an ID then what is happening when you try to change your account's email address ?

It is saying my password is wrong when using my email as username and as I can't get access to my email I can't change the password.

Do you have the same email address on your account as the recovery one, I presume you do ?

Yes. Do sky have an email? It should be easy enough to change the email to my new one as I've done it that with Spotify.

They don't use email but they do use social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page but you might need to call to get the username/login changed as I believe that Sky's ID team can do this for you.
