&lt;P&gt;Unless there are extra charges for example - non inclusive landline calls made on a Sky Talk package the bills should only go up for two reasons;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the annual price increase (normally April but some customers are seeing this in July/August this year)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;discounts ending or a combination of both.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a customer for 10 years, I sign a contract for 29£ for 18 months, and at the end, without my knowledge, they increase the bill to 32£ after 2 months, and the same conversation every year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
