Landline calls

I have cancelled sky talk anytime but I forgot and made one 23 min call and now must pay £7.50.Ok I understand but now the bill shows £14.23.Still just the one call.Do I get charged for people calling me.I cannot call SKY now to ask as they will charge me.Someone please help

All calls to Sky Customer Services are free from a Sky Talk landline. It doesn't matter which tariff you're on. You don't get charged for incoming calls.

So the bill should the call charge as £7.50 but that has now been replaced by £14.23 ?
