&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same user ID for over 20 years everything worked fine until I added a mobile phone sim only contract and now I can't see any of my TV broadband bills it just buffers, surprisingly I can see the phone bill so assume it related to this.....I have called sky twice and spent over 11/2 hours on the phone and everyone promises to fix it but nothing happens... &amp;nbsp;tempted to cancel the whole agreement and move to virgin ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry maybe not clear it opens the app and when I press view bill it just buffers for tv&amp;amp;broadband but works fine for the new mobile phone contract when I click view, looks to me like whatever they did when setting up the new mobile phone contract has effected the tv contract .... just worryingly they don't appear able to fix it ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
