I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Help I made manual payments for my Sky Tv and Sky mobile not knowing that the money will still be taken out via direct debit. I am now in credit, and need help getting a refund on that credit asap. All things being equal I would carry forward the credit to next month but I am in a tight corner financially this month. Can anyone advise me how to do it please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
