VUE Cinema Codes Missing from My Sky VIP App

I have already claimed my codes for June, and used one ticket last week. I went on the app this morning to use the second code (it being the last day to use them this month), but the tile where you normally find your codes is no longer on the app.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't help.

I've phoned Sky and they directed me to a help article on the website with an email address about claiming tickets, but when you click on it, it says the page could not be found.

I've looked back at my emails, but the codes aren't written on the ticket confirmation emails. Where can I find my codes???

The people to contact about this are the ticketing team and they can be contacted via this email address - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)

Claimed junes sky cinema vue codes a couple weeks ago. Couldn't use them on the Saturday and gone to use them today and I can't find them on the app anywhere. I normally screenshot and this time I didn't. Kids are asking when we're going 😬🤦🏼‍♀️ anyone know why. I've tried reinstalling app

I've been a sky VIP for years and have used the free tickets once earlier this year. Went to retrieve my codes today for a cinema trip and there is nothing showing up for the Vue at all on my app, I've tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it a couple of times but nothing changes.

Have they stopped this perk?

Same issue, promised my daughter we'd go this afternoon but offer has gone? If Sky aren't honouring their deal why am I paying for the movies????
